Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions set forth the terms, procedures, and rights and obligations between GIGAFLOPS Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") and users regarding the use of the giga-flops.com website (hereinafter "the Site").

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

  • "The Site": The website (giga-flops.com) operated by the Company to provide users with information about products and services.
  • "User": Any visitor who accesses the Site and receives information provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms. The Site does not require a separate registration process.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

1. These Terms apply to all Users visiting the Site and take effect upon posting on the Site.

2. The Company may revise these Terms when reasonable grounds arise. Revised Terms take effect upon posting on the Site.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

1. The Company performs the following tasks through the Site:

  • Providing information including company overview, solutions, products, and news
  • Receiving and processing inquiries
  • Other tasks determined by the Company

2. The Company may change the content of information provided through the Site due to changes in technical specifications.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights to text, images, logos, designs, trademarks, and other content posted on the Site belong to the Company.

2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or otherwise use such content for commercial purposes without the Company's express prior consent.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of information, data, or facts posted on the Site and is not liable for damages incurred by Users relying on such information.

2. The Company is exempt from liability for service provision when services cannot be provided due to force majeure events such as natural disasters.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall govern the interpretation of these Terms and disputes between the Company and Users.

2. In the event of disputes related to these Terms, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

General Provisions

GIGAFLOPS Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly handle related grievances.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes to provide the "Inquiry" service. Personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be taken.

  • Inquiry Processing: Personal information is processed for the purpose of verifying the identity of the inquirer (organization, name), confirming the inquiry details, contacting for investigation (phone, email), and notifying processing results.

Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period)

1. The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use agreed upon at the time of collection or as stipulated by law.

2. Personal information collected through inquiries is retained for one year after inquiry processing is completed, and then destroyed without delay. However, if there is separate consent from the data subject or if retention is required by other laws, it shall be retained for the applicable period.

Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)

The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 4 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)

Data subjects may exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of personal information at any time. Rights may be exercised through written documents, email, or fax to the Company, and the Company will take action without delay.

Article 5 (Items of Personal Information Processed)

The Company processes the following personal information items:

  • Required items for inquiries: Organization, Name, Phone, Email, Message content
  • Automatically collected items: Service usage records, access logs, access IP information (for website operation statistics and prevention of fraudulent use)

Article 6 (Destruction of Personal Information)

The Company destroys personal information without delay when it is no longer needed. The destruction procedure and methods are as follows:

  • Destruction procedure: Personal information to be destroyed is selected and destroyed with approval from the Company's Personal Information Protection Officer.
  • Destruction method: Electronic file information is destroyed using technical methods that prevent record reproduction, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

Article 8 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation, and any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws and policies will be announced through notices 7 days prior to the effective date of such changes.
